Delete your account and data
You can securely request deletion of your CossyVita account and the data linked to it.
Entering an email address alone does not delete the account. We first verify that the account belongs to you with a link sent to your inbox.
Account deletion request
Enter the email address you use for CossyVita. If an account exists for that address, a verification link is sent. You can also use Delete my account while signed in inside the app.

If a CossyVita account exists for this email, a verification link was sent. Check your inbox and spam folder. The link is short-lived and single-use.

This starts deletion of personal data linked to your account and data belonging to the account. It may not be reversible after it completes.
Link is invalid
This verification link is invalid, expired, or already used. You can enter your email again to request a new link.
Your account was deleted
Deletion of your CossyVita account and related data that must be removed is complete. If something looks wrong, write to destek@cossyvita.com.
Data deleted with your account after confirmation
- Account and profile information (anonymized; the auth account is deleted)
- Skin profile, goals, concerns, and lifestyle records
- Product analyses, matching, and personal fit evaluations
- Cabinet and cabinet-capture records
- Routines and daily routine logs
- Your community content (profile, shared cabinet, comments, likes, follows)
- AI recommendations and AI skin visual analysis records
- Your media files (scan, label, and analysis images in Storage)
- Device, permission, preference, quota, and usage records
Catalog products and shared system data belonging to other users are not deleted.
