Terms of use
This English version is provided for convenience. The Turkish text is the legally binding version.
By using the CossyVita mobile app and the cossyvita.com site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.
1. Nature of the service
CossyVita provides information, analysis summaries, product comparison, and personalized routine suggestions based on product ingredients, a skin profile you provide, and — where supported — visual analyses.
Results CossyVita provides are not a medical diagnosis, disease detection, treatment, or drug or pharmacy advice. They do not replace a professional health assessment. If you have a skin condition, allergy, medication use, pregnancy/breastfeeding, or another health situation, consult a healthcare professional before using products.
2. Account and age limit
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure.
- People under 16 should not use the service.
- You can create an account with email/password or Google.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of suspicious or terms-violating use.
3. Information and content you provide
Information you upload or enter into CossyVita must be accurate, current, and yours or information you have the right to use. You must not upload photos or personal information of other people without their permission. This applies especially to skin/face photos.
Ownership or usage rights in photos, product information, and other content you upload remain yours. We process this content only to the extent needed to provide CossyVita services, run analyses, generate results, keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell this content for advertising or market it to third parties as a standalone product.
For analysis to work, some content (for example skin photos, product-label images, ingredient lists, and a skin-profile summary) may be sent to service providers named in the Privacy policy, especially the AI provider. Your name and email are not added to these AI requests. Details are in the Privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to other people’s accounts
- Disrupt the system with reverse engineering, overload, or security testing
- Upload misleading, harmful, or rights-infringing content
5. Analyses, AI results, and suggestions
Analyses, scores (for example a skin fit score), suggestions, and AI-supported results generated by CossyVita are based on available data and the analysis methods used. Results can vary from person to person; they do not guarantee scientific or medical certainty or a particular skin outcome.
AI skin analysis is for information and personal care support. It is not a medical diagnosis, disease detection, or treatment recommendation.
6. Intellectual property
The app, logo, texts, design, and software belong to CossyVita. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right of use. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creating derivative works is prohibited.
7. Third-party services
CossyVita may use third-party providers for identity, data storage, email, error tracking, and running AI-supported features (for example Supabase, Resend, Sentry, OpenAI or an OpenAI-compatible AI endpoint, app stores, and subscription verification). Those providers’ own terms and privacy policies may also apply. See the Privacy policy for more detail.
8. Premium and subscriptions
CossyVita may offer some features (for example AI skin analysis, product comparison, and personalized insights) as part of Premium. Fees, duration, auto-renewal, and cancellation terms are shown on the purchase screen.
When subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play, that store’s payment, auto-renewal, cancellation, free-trial (if offered), price-change, and refund rules apply. Management and cancellation are done through the store account used for the purchase. You can restore purchases from inside the app.
Prices and plans may change over time; what is binding is the conditions shown by the store and the screen at the time of purchase.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee that CossyVita will run without interruption or error. Some features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical faults, security incidents, or issues at third-party services (identity, storage, AI, payments).
10. Liability and warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is”. Product analyses, fit scores, AI analyses, and routine suggestions CossyVita provides are for information and personal care support; it is not guaranteed that a given product or routine will produce a particular result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CossyVita cannot be held liable for indirect or incidental damages. Consumer rights that arise from law and cannot be limited remain reserved.
11. Account termination
You may stop using the app or request account deletion at any time. You can delete the account from in-app privacy settings (“Delete my account”) or write to destek@cossyvita.com. We may terminate access in case of a terms violation.
Details of account deletion and retention of personal data are explained in the Privacy policy. Some legal records may be retained after termination.
12. Changes

13. Governing law and consumer rights
The law of the Republic of Turkey applies to disputes. Mandatory provisions of consumer legislation and jurisdiction rules for consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remain reserved. These terms are not intended to remove consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.
